Bid Type: Job Contract Locations: Washington Keywords: Health Care Services Bid Description: Through this Request for Proposal (RFP) the Agency of Human Services, Department of Vermont Health Access (hereinafter the “State”) is seeking contracts with one or more companies that can provide Vermont Health Services Enterprise Maintenance and Operations (M&O) services for the State’s Human Services Enterprise Platform (HSEP) and Vermont Health Connect (VHC) System to: 1.1.1. Transition M&O services from the current provider within 6 months or less, including migration from the current provider’s ITSM tool; 1.1.2. Provide M&O support for the HSEP, including a vendor internal triage team available to the Business Application Support Unit (BASU) who serves as the primary service desk for high priority incidents and prioritization of release content for HSEP components; 1.1.3. Provide support for the currently implemented VHC business application components, including support for the OneGate software; 1.1.4. Improve HSEP operational effectiveness and lower the total cost of HSEP ownership through a process of continuous improvement; 1.1.5. Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with interconnected systems in a multi-tenant environment; and 1.1.6. Maintain and update existing system documentation deliverables.
