The Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) isissuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Contractor to provide expertconsulting services regarding CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric LLC’s(CenterPoint) securitization financing of system restoration costs incurred asa result of Hurricane Beryl in July 2024, Hurricane Francine in September 2024,and Winter Storm Enzo in January 2025. This RFP is issued pursuant to TexasUtilities Code §§ 14.001 and 36.401-36.403 and Chapter 39, Subchapter G and underthe authority of Texas Government Code Chapter 2254, Subchapter B, for expertconsulting services.
