Solicitation Description:

The University of Texas at Austin  Planning, Design & Construction Services requests bids to perform demo, landscape restoration, irrigation repair, and road repair at the Johnson Wildflower Center at 4801 La Crosse Ave, Austin consisting of:

· Demolition and removal of four steel greenhouse frames: each structure is approximately 245’ long x 30’ wide. After the greenhouse frames are demolished and removed, the ground must be cleared of decomposed granite and pavers. New mulch must be added to prevent erosion and weed growth.

· Removal of the existing irrigation systems around the greenhouse structures with the exception of two lines. The remaining two lines must be repaired in order to supply four new stubs.

· Paving of road approximately 730’ long by 10’ wide, with decomposed granite over compacted road base
