Allegany County Land Bank is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced firms to conduct a thorough evaluation of a mixed-use building located at 4-6 W Main St. Friendship, NY. Tax Map ID #: 182.12-2-11. The evaluation will assess the existing conditions of the building and provide a detailed report that includes recommendations for addressing any deficiencies or inadequacies. Based on the findings, the firm will also provide an analysis of the feasibility of redeveloping or renovating the building for its intended use.
