Residential Subdivision Development
Synopsis:

The Town of Rosthern invites qualified residential developers to submit proposals for a residential subdivision development of a 2.81-hectare (6.94-acre) parcel of land located at the southern edge of the community. This RFP seeks innovative, community-focused residential solutions that prioritize affordability, sustainability, and long-term livability.

Ideally located adjacent to the Sask Valley Healthcare Centre and the new planned Acute Care Hospital, the site also benefits from direct access to Highway 11, making it highly attractive for residential development. Proposals should align with the Town’s 2025–2029 Strategic Plan and support diverse housing options, including entry-level homeownership and rental units.

Key Requirements:

Full-service development team (planning, engineering, construction, etc.)

High-level concept plan and project vision

Financial capacity and timeline
