Notes
The City of Warner Robins will receive sealed bids for the purchase of curb & gutter inlet frame & covers to be placed on an Annual Contract. Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The contract period will be May 1, 2026 through April 30, 2027. The contract shall automatically renew for up to four (4) successive one (1) year renewal terms unless either party provides written notice of intent not to renew at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the then-current term. Prices shall remain firm for the entirety of the contract.
All questions must be submitted through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET).
Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of March 31, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET).
Product specifications are included as attachments in the Line Item portion of this bid. Please note that quantities listed are estimates based on prior year's usage.
The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
