All bid documents, including bid forms, will be available on the Town’s website, https://www.wareham.gov/bids.aspx, on March 18, 2026, at 8:00am. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Onset Pier, 186 Onset Ave, Onset, MA 02558 on March 25, 2026, at 10:00AM. Contractors are invited to meet the Owner’s Representative at the conference. Questions regarding the project will be taken via email by the Town’s Representative, Genny Selfridge,
