Sealed bids are invited for the construction of the Elevator Modernizations project at Crozet Elementary School (1407 Crozet Ave., Crozet, VA 22932), Monticello High School (1400 Independence Way, Charlottesville, VA22902), and the ACPS Vehicle Maintenance Facility (110 Lambs Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22901). The project is generally described as elevator modernizations at multiple sites, including associated architectural, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical work.

An In-Person pre-bid conference will be held at Albemarle County Public Schools Transportation, 110 Lambs Lane, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22901, at 10:00 A.M. on Thursday, February 5, 2026. Visits will continue from there to Monticello High School, and then to Crozet Elementary School. Attendance will be optional for those submitting a bid.
