The Delaware River Port Authority (“Authority”) hereby invites interested suppliers to submit proposals for DRPA-12-2025 – Purchase and Installation of Vidmar Cabinets and Accessories or Approved Equal for the Benjamin Franklin Bridge Facility. This public advertisement constitutes the DRPA’s formal solicitation.
Mandatory Site Inspection will be conducted on Tuesday, August 19, 2025 @ 9:00 am at the Benjamin Franklin Bridge Plaza, Maintenance Bldg. 5th & Elm Streets, Camden, NJ 08101.
Copies of the Proposals and Political Contribution Form and Certification shall be submitted, in PDF format, via SAP Ariba no later than Thursday, September 4, 2025 @11:00AM. Faxed, e-mailed, or hard copies of Proposals will NOT be accepted.
