25-042 Development Advisory Services for the Redevelopment of the Baptist Hospital Legacy Campus

Addendum One extends the submittal due date to October 3, 2025.

The City of Pensacola seeks qualified advisory services to support the planning, structuring, and execution of the redevelopment of the Baptist Hospital legacy campus.

The site is envisioned as a dynamic, mixed-income, mixed-use community, anchored by educational, health, and community-serving uses, with a mix of residential, commercial, civic spaces and parks. The selected advisory team will assist in defining the development framework, evaluating options, engaging stakeholders, and guiding public-private implementation strategies that are balanced, economically viable, and reflective of community goals.
