The City of Healdsburg (City) is seeking informal bids for the Powell Avenue Catch Basin Replacement Project. The successful Bidder will be responsible for all the work and materials necessary for the removal of the existing drainage inlet located adjacent to 900 Powell Avenue and installation of new precast drainage inlet and on-grade gutter depression according to the Contract Specifications, the Special Provisions, and Technical Specifications provided in the IFB.

The engineer’s estimate for this Project is $53,000.

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 3, 2025 at 11:00 a.m . The pre-bid meeting will be held at 900 Powell Avenue, Healdsburg, CA 95448.

In accordance with California Public Contract Code Section 3300, a valid Class A California contractor’s license is required to bid on the project.
