TITLE: Single Source Acquisition for KC-46 Brake Rebuilding Tools

The 4th Contracting Squadron, Seymour Johnson AFB, NC intends to

award a sole source KC-46 Brake Rebuilding Tools to HONEYWELL INTERNATIONAL.

The required items/services to be purchased are:

1. One (1) Lifting Tool, Brake Assembly (Item Number: 255821)

2. One (1) Brake Spacer (Item Number: 255861)

3. One (1) Assembly Fixture (Item Number: 255863)

4. One (1) Socket, Piston Bushing (Item Number: 255864)

5. One (1) Kit-O-Ring, Installation (Item Number: 255866)

APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY:

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures as

authorized by FAR 6.302-1(b)(4): Only One Responsible Source and No

Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. This notice of

intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the

Government not to compete this proposed contract lies solely within the

discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered

solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive

requirement. The closing date for this synopsis is 17 March 2025 at 16:30

P.M EST. The anticipated award date is unknown. For information
