In general, the scope of work entails the partial reconstruction of the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive at Hamilton Avenue staircase, concrete repairs, new handrails installation of new lighting, concrete sidewalk, precast block retaining wall, underdrain, and ADA ramp, selective clearing and grubbing and other miscellaneous work.  This contract is subject to state contract compliance requirements, including spending allocation goals (25% SBE and 6.25% M/W/DisBE) and non-discrimination requirements enforced by the CHRO.
