RFP- HR Compensation Services

Project Description: The Housing Authority of City of Alameda (AHA) requests proposals from qualified Human Resources firms to provide services in a range of human resources matters, including compensation. AHA is looking for firm(s) with experience in the following areas: compensation studies with benchmark classifications with individual positions, reviewing the total compensation of benchmark classifications with benefits package, leave accruals, and specialty/differential pay review. All deliverables must be sent marked “draft confidential”. AHA intends to award contracts to qualified firm(s) to provide human resources services necessary for completing compensation studies with benchmark classification for the agency. The compensation report must provide recommendations on range changes for each position, if any. The report should include the methodology used and philosophy on benchmarking, discussion of outliers or insufficient data, Y rates, compaction (range spacing between supervisors), etc.
