Title: Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Subscription Renewal
Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is conducting market research to identify qualified organizations authorized to provide Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) subscription services.
This Request for Information (RFI) is issued for market research purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation (RFP/RFQ). BSA is not obligated to issue a solicitation or make an award, nor will BSA reimburse any costs associated with responding.
Objective
The purpose of this RFI is to identify organizations that are:
• Authorized Workday partners and/or resellers
• Value-Added Resellers (VARs) capable of providing Workday HCM subscription licensing and related services
Requested Information
Interested respondents are requested to provide the following:
1. Company Overview
o Brief description of your organization and relevant experience with Workday HCM
2. Authorization Status
o Confirmation of whether your organization is:
An authorized Workday partner/reseller
A value-added reseller (VAR)
o Description of your partnership level and certifications with Workday
3. Capabilities
o Ability to provide Workday HCM subscription renewals for existing environments
o Ability to support additional modules or expanded functionality, if required
o Description of any value-added services (e.g., support, account management, optimization services)
4. Experience
o Relevant experience supporting organizations of similar size and complexity
o Experience supporting federal, DOE, or highly regulated environments (if applicable)
5. Administrative Information
o Active SAM.gov registration and UEI
o Any applicable contract vehicles (e.g., GSA schedules), if available
