David Douglas School District (DDSD) is inviting third party administrators to submit proposals for services as outlined in the RFP. The district requires integrated general purpose health reimbursement arrangement (HRA) program and services. Our licensed staff have bargained for an option to receive $375 per month towards an Integrated General Purpose HRA for every unit member agreeing to opt out of the district medical insurance plan, subject to the limitations and conditions required by the Oregon Educators Benefit Board (OEBB). All potential Proposers are to read, understand and accept the requirements of this Request for Proposals (RFP), especially the mandatory requirements.
