This Request for Quotation is to award one (1) contract for a sterile compost for 865 Cubic yards(23,335 cubic feet) to use for the golf course greens for Cannon Air Force Base, New Mexico. Delivery will be no later than 21 March 2025. The basic requirement for the compost is contained in Attachmet 1 - Salient Characteristics.
The evaluation factors for award will be listed in decending order of importance:

2. Technical Acceptability
3. Price
