Project Description: Sevier School District (SSD) is seeking bids for the Crack Seal of our asphalt parking lots.
See the attached for location(s) of asphalt areas to be crack sealed.
Bids are to be in price per ton and are to include the cleaning of the asphalt cracks and placement of crack seal material per manufacture recommendations.
Bids and questions will be submitted through U3P only. All bids must be received through U3P by 1:00PM 24 February 2025.
Work will be expected to begin within 1 week of notice of award with the completion being no later than 15 April 2025.
Specified Product Maxwell Products Elastoflex 430 or equivalent. Submit product data sheet with bid. Bidding Companies must have 3 years of experience with crack seal installation and submit a copy of your current business license, liability insurance and product data sheet of material proposed. Sevier School District reserves the right to refuse any and all proposals.
