North Charleston, SC - Rental Car Concessions at Charleston International Airport

Any questions and/or comments concerning this Request for Proposal should be directed in writing and delivered via email to Carrie Stanley , Procurement Department at ccaaprocurement@iflychs.com no later than Friday October 3, 2025 at 5:00pm (local). Responses to questions will be issued in the form of an Addendum. All Addenda so issued shall become part of this RFP and must be acknowledged in the submittal. The Charleston Regional Aviation Authority will not be responsible for any oral instructions with regard to this notice. Said notice can only be changed by a formal written Addendum.

A MANDATORY Pre-Submittal Conference will be held on TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 at 10:00am (local time) in the offices of the Charleston Regional Aviation Authority 5500 International Boulevard, Main Terminal - Third Floor, North Charleston, SC 29418-6911. Each prospective Operator (representing up to three rental car brands), must be separately represented at this mandatory pre-submittal meeting.
