Project Description: The City of West Jordan on behalf of the Public Works Department (OWNER) is seeking bids from qualified concrete contractors holding an E100 or S260 contractor’s license to replace concrete located in areas planned for paving in Summer 2025. Concrete work will include replacing curb & gutter, sidewalk, and some driveway panels impacted by the curb. The City will provide access to our online GIS tracking of hazards to update and track work in the field in real-time. A separate bid will be published to perform concrete repairs (pumping/grinding) for areas that do not require replacement. Both contractors will be working in the same areas using the same GIS tracking system.
