REQUIREMENTS:

Must have minimum 8 ft. plow on your personal truck

Must be available 24/7

Must have minimum $500k general liability insurance
-
Must have proof of workers compensation for employees
-
W-9 shall be provided to the Town of Agawam
-
Each driver must submit Legal name, Date of birth and Valid Driver’s license

or at the Department of Public Works, 1000 Suffield Street, Agawam, MA 01001.
Please return the complete application by October 30, 2025 at 2:30 PM to the DPW Annex at 1000 Suffield Street, Agawam, MA 01001. Apply by Nov. 15th to be eligible for a Sign on Bonus for Street Plowing
