The Town of Wayland “The Town” seeks preliminary expressions of interest from experienced developers and/or service providers of housing for adults having intellectual, developmental, and/or physical disabilities to develop shared living accommodations for people with such disabilities on a four acre, Town owned parcel of land at 212 Cochituate Road, Wayland MA. The Town is particularly interested in proposals that align with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’ philosophy of person-centered planning which emphasize creative housing and support services tailored to the individual needs and choices of residents. The goal is to provide a variety of residential options that foster independence, community integration, and a high quality of life. Sealed responses to this Request for Information (RFI) for the Planned Residential Development for People with Disabilities at 212 Cochituate Road, Wayland will be received at the Office of the Town Manager, 41 Cochituate Road, Wayland, Massachusetts 01778 until the time specified below at which time the responses will be opened. The time clock in the Town Manager’s Office will be the determining time.
