This contract opportunity is updated to incorporate Solicitation Amendment 1. The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 1 is to:

a. Extend the Proposal Submission Deadline to 12:00 PM EDT on 26 March 2025.

b. Remove FAR 52.222-21 and FAR 52.222-26 IAW Class Deviation 2025-O0003—Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity in Federal Contracts.

c. Provide the Government's response to Contractor questions via Excel Spreadsheet inclusive of a revised Solicitation, revised PWS, and an attachment to the Questions and Responses Excel spreadsheet.
