U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Drones at the Speed of SOF

The U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) seeks to identify contractors capable of providing commercial unmanned systems (UxS) and components, first person view (FPV) platforms, and organic UxS production supplies capable of supporting USASOC and subordinate units.

Contractors interested in providing related supplies and services must be registered in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). Providing only a reference to a website is unacceptable for purposes of this announcement and will not be considered. Do NOT submit classified material. All proprietary or corporate data received must be clearly marked.

Contractors responding to this RFI are asked to provide the following information:

1. Company’s full name and address, and Point of Contact information

2. Unique Entity Identifier (UEI)

3. Business size and applicable socio-economic status

4. A brief description and summary of available supplies. The preferred method of submission is an excel spreadsheet-style list with organized tabs for ease of review. If using a word or PDF document, a limit of 5 pages applies.

Capability Statements/responses are due no later than 1:00PM EST, 21 May 2026. Please email responses to Ms. Maegan Castro via email to maegan.n.castro.civ@socom.mil and reference “DATSS RFI” in the subject line.

Failure to respond to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future associated requests for quotations that may be issued. However, if the final determination results in the verification of a sole-source negotiation, a Notice of Intent to Sole Source and the redacted Justification and Approval will be posted to www.sam.gov. Respondents will NOT be individually notified of the results.
