Description:
The District is accepting sealed bids to establish pricing for Lawn Care and Maintenance at Riverbanks Zoo and Garden locations for a period of two (2) years. This contract may be renewed for three (3) additional one (1) year periods subject to vendor acceptance, satisfactory performance, and staff’s determination that a renewal would be advantageous to the District.

There is a Mandatory Site Visit on September 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM (EST.) at Riverbanks Zoo & Garden, 400 Rivermont Drive, Columbia, SC 29210. Please meet at the front desk.
