This Multi-Step Sealed Invitation for Bids (IFB) is issued to procure internet monitoring services, as specified in Section 2, from a contract between the successful bidder(s) and the State of Maryland’s Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services (“DPSCS” or “State”) for internet monitoring services for the Division of Parole and Probation (DPP) for a five (5) year term.

Additional Instructions
The Bidder shall have three (3) years of experience conducting internet monitoring for a public safety organization, such as a law enforcement or correctional justice agency, within the last five (5) years. As evidence of meeting the requirement, the Bidder shall provide with its Bid, Attachment L Reference Checks, listing three (3) references from public safety organizations within the last five (5) years for which the Bidder has completed previous internet monitoring services.
