Rodeo Stock Contractor Services

Project Description: The City of West Jordan is seeking proposals from current eligible PRCA Rodeo Stock Contractors and PRCA Rodeo Production and Consulting firms in good standing. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing high-quality livestock, production services, and personnel for the West Jordan Western Stampede PRCA Rodeo, held annually over the 4th of July holiday. As a premier rodeo event in the region, the Western Stampede requires an experienced contractor capable of: • Supplying top-tier rodeo stock that meets PRCA/WPRA standards. • Ensuring the safety and well-being of animals and contestants. • Providing experienced personnel to execute a professional and entertaining rodeo. • Marketing the event through various social media platforms.
This contract will cover an annual three-day rodeo event at the Western Stampede Rodeo Grounds in West Jordan, Utah.
