Description of Requirements: Quoters shall provide NX EQ automated coverslipper machines that meet the salient characteristics listed in Attachment B Product Description. Only new OEM equipment is acceptable. No refurbished, remanufactured, or gray market items will be considered.
Delivery and Acceptance: Delivery is FOB Destination. Specific delivery locations and dates will be identified in individual orders issued under the contract.
