The purpose of this DRAFT solicitation is to establish vendor awarenenss of upcoming FEMA requirement for a multiple award Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) contract to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) by providing support to Cross Docks.
