Pre-Proposal Informational Meeting*

Those who wish to attend the Pre-Proposal Informational Meeting and/or the Site Tour(s) must

notify the Contracts Representative via email at rayan.sequeira@mtacd.org no later than Noon,

three (3) business days prior to the scheduled date of the relevant event. Your request must

include name, title, company name, company Address, phone number, and email address of

each participant.

• A clear and legible copy of a valid government-issued form of identification is required to

be submitted when registering for the Site Tours.

• Site Tour attendance is limited to 2 attendees per firm and registration must only be made

by the Proposer on behalf of their team and subcontractors.

• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and signed Release Forms are required for the Site

Tours. Persons who come without the required PPE and submitted signed Release Form

will not be allowed to participate in the Site Tours.
