Program Administrator for Charlotte Housing Prioritization and Local Preference Program
The City of Charlotte Housing & Neighborhood Services is soliciting proposals from qualified nonprofit organizations, mission-driven entities, and experienced housing service providers to administer the Charlotte Housing Prioritization and Local Preference Program. The selected organization will develop new or deploy an existing secure technology platform and manage a centralized referral and matching system that connects available units in City-supported developments with eligible households referred by service providers throughout Mecklenburg County.
The selected Program Administrator will be responsible for program setup, technology deployment, unit intake, referral intake and eligibility verification, matching and referral coordination, compliance monitoring, stakeholder training, and reporting. The initial contract term will be one year, with the option for two one-year extensions at the City’s discretion.
