The objective is to maintain a safe, secure, and professional appearance while ensuring unrestricted access to equipment, structures, fencing, and utility infrastructure.

Additional Instructions
A site visit will be held on October 13, 2026 at 10:00 am. RSVP by October 12, 2026 by 4:00 pm. No pre-bid meeting will be held. Although the pre-bid meeting is not mandatory, the site visit is mandatory and requires all prospective bidders to attend. Failure to attend the site visit will deem a submitted bid as non-responsive and will be rejected.
