A pre-proposal meeting will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, via MS Teams for all interested parties. This meeting is not mandatory, but the information discussed will be very helpful in the preparation of the proposal. All general contractors and subcontractors are encouraged to attend this meeting.

All Construction Services construction procurements must be physically delivered to the Construction Services office at 9400 N. Central Expwy, Ste. 800, Dallas, TX 75231. (Call 972.925.7200 for directions.) Delivery to other locations will result in the rejection of an RFP.

A completed RFP Package is due on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, 2:00 pm (local time).

Any materials received after the respective closing dates/times will not be considered.

The District will open and read the names of the proposers and rates submitted in response to the RFP beginning at 3:00 P.M. local time upon submittal of the Package via Teams at the Construction Services office, at 9400 N. Central Express Way, Ste. 800, Dallas, TX 75231.
