SOLAR (PV) SERVICES. The City of Stillwater (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified firms to provide turn-key solar photovoltaic (PV) services. Proposals must be submitted by 4 p.m. on Aug. 11, 2026. Late proposals will not be considered. The City seeks a qualified company to design, engineer, schedule, permit, and construct one or more rooftop solar PV arrays to serve one or more City facilities. The City expects on-site solar generation to provide long-term financial benefits by reducing energy costs, peak demand, and daily electricity use. The project is also intended to provide reliable, low-impact power and demonstrate the City’s leadership in renewable energy. Visit the City’s website for the full RFP.
