The City of Oakland (City) is soliciting proposals from professional service providers to provide engineering and technical support to assist the City’s Watershed and Stormwater Management Division (WSMD) in reviewing and commenting on 1) drainage design and construction compliance for public infrastructure (PX) permit applications 2) temporary discharge to storm drain system permit applications; 3) public infrastructure improvements project plans; and 4) creek protection permit applications.
