It is the intent of this formal Request for Proposals (RFP) to receive proposals from qualified Prospective Proponents and select a qualified firm to develop a Project Prioritization Toolkit that the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada can use for project prioritization in short- and long-range plans.
FEDERAL FUNDS
: This project is 95% federally funded. Proponents must submit the Federal Conditions forms (with required signatures where indicated) as part of the RFP response and document submission.
