Special Notice of Intent to Sole Source:

Marine Corps Installations East (MCI-East) Cherry Point Satellite Contracting Office, Cherry Point, NC 28533 hereby gives notice to intent to award a purchase order to Department of Defense (DOD) Enterprise Software Initiative (ESI) Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Holders in accordance with DFARS 208.7402. This requirement is for Nutanix Cloud Infrastructure (NCI) and Nutanix Cloud management (NCM), to include hardware and software support services as required by Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point Facilities Maitnenance Department.

The proposed action is unrestricted to allow for Full and Open Competition to current DOD ESI BPA Holders. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 513210.

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OPEN MARKET QUOTES. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which, if received within five (5) calendar days after the date of the publication of this synopsis, will be considered. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive open market procurement.
