The Authority seeks information from qualified, creditworthy firms regarding potential interest, capabilities, and approaches for a long-term ground lease of two development sites near the base of the Walt Whitman Bridge.
- 3.170-acre parcel at 7th Street & Packer Avenue (Packer Avenue – West)
- 1.740-acre parcel at 10th Street & Packer Avenue (Packer Avenue – East)
