Equipment and operator is needed as descriped in the Statement of Work. The period of performance for this project is from 1 August to 30 September
Excavator will be used to retrieve Large Woody Debris throughout the debris basins. The LWD will then be decked for pickup at a later date. Excavators and dozer will be used to gather piles for chipper.
The technically acceptable sizes of the equipment is in the statement of work.
Please note: Diamond Z DZT1352B or similar tub grinder min HP 850, with a minimum 10’ x 10’ opening capable of reducing, large logs, stumps, and old growth timber, Average DBH of logs is up to 6 feet and stumps up to 12 feet in diameter, tub grinder shall reduce debris into 6" minus chips is required with the equipment and operator for this project.
