Gutter removal, Disposal and New Gutter and Gutter Guard Installation

The Ohio Department of Veteran Services, Ohio Veterans Home Georgetown (OVH-G) is seeking bids for Gutter Removal, New Gutter Installation and  Gutter guard installation located at 2003 Veterans Blvd Georgetown OH, 45121. There is approximately 2560 lineal feet of gutters and 75 down spouts. All work performed by the Contractor is expected to be of the highest quality and meet or exceed accepted industry standards.

Please attach an itemized proposal on company letterhead.

A Mandatory Site visit will be held on October 28, 2025 @ 10:00am at 2003 Veterans Blvd.  Georgetown, OH 45121.  Please sign in at the front entrance.

The State will not be responsible to a Supplier for their failure to obtain information discussed during the site visit due to their arriving after the site visit has convened. Failure to attend the site visit will render that Supplier’s
proposal non-responsive and ineligible for award.

All questions and submittions are to be submitted via Ohio Buys. Please ensure the Item Grid is properly filled out. Additionally please submit your quote on company letterhead, and attach to the Solicitation in Ohio Buys. Bids will be evaluated and will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the agency.

Note: Any pre-printed terms and conditions on forms used by the supplier do not supplement or replace the Standard Terms and Conditions of the State of Ohio, or any Specific Terms and Conditions of the resulting contract of any solicitation.  The Standard Terms and Conditions for the State of Ohio are not negotiable.

All Bids and offers will be considered for preferences, with a Bidder or an Offeror being able to qualify for all three preferences (i.e., Buy American, Buy Ohio, and VBE) under OAC Section 123:5-1-06.
