Background/ Capabilities Sought:

DTRA’s mission is to provide cross-cutting solutions to enable the DoD, the United States Government, and international partners to deter strategic attack against the United States and its allies; prevent, reduce, and counter weapons of mass destruction (WMD) emerging threats; and prevail against WMD-armed adversaries in crisis and conflict. The Information Management and Technology (IT) Directorate’s (ITD) mission is to provide enabling and secure technologies, applications, and services anywhere and anytime to its workforce, mission partners, and external customers to effectively deliver relevant data, information, and situational awareness to successfully perform the counter WMD and emerging threats mission.

DTRA has a requirement for integrated communications support to assist the implementation and adoption of new technologies and digital mandates across the Agency’s workforce through implementation plans and messages that are easily understandable by stakeholders and clearly traceable to DTRA’s mission support activities. At times, DTRA may also require support in creating graphics to convey a lot of technical information succinctly.
