Description:

The City of Troy, NY is soliciting sealed qualifications from qualified contractors to establish a list for contracting services. The contracting services will be to renovate the commercial and/or residential spaces within the building as well as undertake repairs of the historic facades and exteriors. The contracting services are related to a New York Main Street Program taking place in the North Troy neighborhood of Lansingburgh, NY. The three (3) properties have been identified between 116th and 117th Street along Second Avenue.
