Central Health seeks to obtain Bids from qualified General Contractors. The project site is locatedat 7901 Cameron Road, Austin, TX 78754 and consists of three (3) buildings. Building 1 is two-storywith approximately 16,202 square feet. Building 2 is three-story with approximately 49,055 squarefeet. Building 3 is three-story with approximately 51,836 square feet. The buildings have active waterand electric utilities. There are no gas services. Buildings are not sprinkled. Elevators and fire alarmsystems are operational.
