Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to contract with a qualified firm capable of performing radon testing and mitigation for the HUD funded Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control and Healthy Homes Program, administered by the Rockland County Office of Community Development (“RCOCD”). IMPORTANT NOTICE – Bid Distribution: Vendors interested in obtaining the official version of the solicitation may register to download the solicitation at: https://rocklandgov.bonfirehub.com/portal . The County of Rockland officially distributes bidding documents through the Bonfire System. Copies of bidding documents obtained from any other source are not considered official copies. Only those vendors who obtain bidding documents from the Bonfire Portal are guaranteed to receive all attachments, drawings or addendum information, if such information is issued.
