Request for Proposals for Harvey Street Improvements

Project Description: City of Milwaukie is seeking competitive proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for maintaining traffic control, installing stormwater pumps, installing rapid flash beacons, and water construction for the Harvey Street Improvements project. Contractors will be evaluated based on best value to the City, where both qualifications and cost are considered. THIS SOLICITATION IS NOT A LOW-BID AWARD. The project work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the project.

Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Procurement Portal. Proposals will be received until 2:00 p.m. PDT, on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, for the purpose of selecting a proposer based on qualifications and cost. Proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
