The City of San Marcos issoliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in theOffice of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX78666, as outlined below:

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement . Vendors must register todownload information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloadedat the above site.

Anon-mandatory pre-SOQ video conference will be held on November 14, 2024, at2:00 P.M., Local Time. Requests for access to video conference must besubmitted to RShelton@sanmarcostx.gov atleast 30 minutes prior to the pre-bid video conference.

SOQs must be received in theOffice of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX78666, no later than December 19, 2024, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs will bepublicly acknowledged via videoconference immediately thereafter. Videoconference link is provided in solicitation documents.

Selectedrespondents invited for RFP is scheduled for January 31, 2025, or anysubsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
