Description: The New York Power Authority (“NYPA”) is seeking to replace our home-grown customized platform, Utility Operations Project Portfolio (UOPP), with a cloud based PMIS solution. This project’s core intended purpose is to develop and execute a solution to ensure that the core functionality currently available in UOPP is replicated and improved upon in the new software solution. The selected vendor(s) will provide subscription-based access to the software, implementation services, integration support, user training, and ongoing technical support. Suppliers are encouraged to respond even if they are only qualified to deliver one part of the RFQ. NYPA is not necessarily looking for a single supplier who can perform all of the objectives listed. Bid Opportunity to be shared via Ariba. Access via NYPA.gov. This is a two-step process and qualified firms will be invited to participate in the RFP for the scope of work attached within Ariba. Bidders must respond to this RFQ in order to participate in the RFP.
