Project Description: The City of Dallas is seeking a one-year service contract for a professional survey collector to conduct digital survey questionnaires to determine customer satisfaction with Dallas Love Field. The City of Dallas (City) is soliciting bids for a one-year Price Agreement for digital surveys to gather data for Airport Council International (ACI), Airport Service Quality (ASQ) and Customers Airport experiences at locations throughout the Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL). Dallas Love Field services approximately 12 million passengers entering the facility annually and the scope of work will allow Dallas Love Field to maintain the highest of standards.
