The following is a summary of the Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference:
* Mandatory pre-proposal conference was held on April 3, 2026 at 11:00 AM. The conference
was held in the Board Room at the Columbia County School District office.
* Introductions were made to the vendors in attendance. Introductions were made for Tim
Beatty and Hudson Chandler representing the School District. Introductions were then
made for the project management team and design team.
* A brief review was made for the RFQ, including key dates and the timeline for the
solicitation.
* Evaluation criteria for the proposals and interview process were explained to the attendees.
It was advised for the vendors to pay special attention when developing general conditions
and general condition fee matrix in their proposals.
* Directions on submitting six hard copies and one digital copy was made.
* No questions were asked by the vendors.
