The New York State (NYS) Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Services (DHSES), through this Invitation for Bid (IFB), is seeking to acquire Conference Hotel Facilities and Catering Service for its 2026 DHSES OIEC Symposium & New York State 911 Coordinators Association Conference during the weekday period: May 4, 2026 – May 7, 2026.
The conference begins at 12:00 p.m. on Day One (Monday) and adjourns at 12:00 p.m. on Day Four (Thursday). The Table below outlines the schedule for important action dates:
